Not meeting a deadline is “up front” info on a project not a “late term” whine about not enough resources.
The underlings don’t get to tell the boss they can’t meet a deadline.
In time and under budget.
There’s ZERO accountability and they keep on getting a paycheck. In what company would you consistently miss deadlines, lie, etc and still be employed?
