I’m guessing they have the hack data info and vote switching, but haven’t tied up the loose ends in tying it directly and clearly enough to foreign operators, which may invoke taking of transfers payments, companies bought and sold by and from, communications specifics.

I agree with you both. I think the White Hats are just strategically “leaking” issues with the report to keep the DS off balance.
I think the WH have what they need, but there might be some little goody they weren’t expecting that is coming out of one of the state investigations that they are waiting to cross the T on.
Dunno why they’d want info about foreign operators from people-at-large.
Unless it’s a way for anonymous (spies) tips to be brought in...

it was a well planned out absolute fraud and TRump should be able to call in the military to investigate....maybe there needs to be a new election or maybe the fraud is so apparent, which it is, he can get inaugurated in January...
