Somebody probably already mentioned it, but I'll try to take credit anyway, if it works out. :)
Anyway, I wonder if this sudden discovery of a "breach" wasn't a good way to get the agencies to actually look at things involving, I don't know, maybe the misuse of voting machines.
Imagine that the same so-called 'breach' was actually the method used by the vote creators to count and alter the votes in the wee hours on November 4th.
Just some mental what-ifs... Say the original "ratio" plan was to give Biden a very small victory margin, but a victory nevertheless. Now, suppose that the votes for Trump nationwide blew their algorithm out of the water, say the thought he'd get 65 million votes, and he got 80 million instead. He IS popular.
Now, they need an emergency vote 'adjustment' - enter truckloads of pre-printed fake ballots, stuffing the machines and repeatedly scanning ballots, all kinds of rapid shenanigans after hours, including using some back door in the software to alter numbers in a lot of machines across the country instantly. Remember the vote count changes that we saw on TV overnight, where some number, say 30,000 or 150,000 votes disappeared from Trump and appeared for Bite-me? Well, what if that was a foreign intrusion, and this particular software issue was the tool they used for access.
I guess that wouldn't be necessary except for some kind of extreme situation.

California has been mostly absent from the discussion of election law violation, but new information reveals that wording legally required to be on its ballots was missing, in direct violation of its own state law. This means the ballots should not have been cast or counted, yet California certified its ballots, anyway, and thus illegally cast its electoral votes for Joe Biden.
Let’s be clear about something: Our nation’s founders tried for years to work out their differences with England’s King George. But George was a tyrant, and a war broke out that lasted eight years. After that war, our founders avoided creating a government that was ruled by a man—they decided to be governed by laws.
Unfortunately, we now have states ignoring their own state and federal election laws, and by disregarding these laws, their election results must be nullified. Either that, or we’re no longer a country governed by laws.

Yep. Seems like in the 90s the derps decided that USA was just not going to gentle into servitude. So they decided to switch to China being the big Kahuna. And greedy politicians were all too happy to take the money and weaken the USA with jobs moved to China etc. Which fitted nicely with what China wanted. At least that’s how it felt to me.

APT = Advanced Persistent Threat- typically a nation state penetrating computer systems undetected for a significant length of time.
