It is determined by how much $$ is paid per Covid case. Flu cases do not get $$.

A false-positive is a case.

Multiple false-positives is multiple cases.

Take it ten days in a row and get five false-positives and that’s five cases.

I’d like a bucket of prop wash, 50 feet of flight line, and a case of covid, please. :)

is a case a hospital stay?
A case is one that has been diagnosed via a proper test no matter where you are.

I am not sure if this is still how it is being used, but I do believe that, if someone tested positive, they were counting it as maybe about 15 CASES, in making the assumption that there would be 10-15 people who might have been in close contact with the one positive test.

I am pretty sure this is how “case” was being used at last a couple months ago.

the testing is suspect and the numbers are seriously corrupt.

Any malady or non-malady that can be included in case numbers so that those statistics can be used to the benefit of petty RAT tyrants.

My understanding is that it is a positive test and many are without symptoms.

A case of covid is less than a beaucoup of covid.

I don't know about a case of covid, but, at the store I work at, a case of Corona is 12 bottles for $15.75 plus CRV.

Fun fact about CRV for my fellow Commifornians. And I didn't know this until I started purchasing beverages for the store. We pay the 5 cent CRV as well as you. That means each bottle actually is taxed 10 cents, not 5.

What i have learned, is that the cases are not unique. Local business owner had an employee test positive. So he had to test negative twice to come back to work. Each time the employee goes and gets a test, and tests positive, its a “new case” on the books. HIPAA makes it impossible to track cases uniquely per person when people are going to these test centers.

Think about this for a moment.

Whatever a “case” is...it’s not affecting death stats..

These are Oregon total death stats for past several years, ....THIS tells the TRUTH...each State likely has similar stats...a “friend” on MEWE posted this...

From the Oregon website, the number of total DEATHS since 2015. Here you go:
2015- 35,709
2016- 35,799
2017- 36,640
2018- 36,191
2019- 37,397
And here you go...YEAR TO DATE
(December 1) 2020........32,330!

And for this we are allowing a tyrannical Governor to destroy our state??? I for one, am not going to be quiet. You better research the “plan” and make some NOISE!!!
Go ahead and fact check here:point_down::point_down::point_down:

A positive test, and we know the tests produce lots of false positives.

A positive case is anyone with or without symptoms who had a test that might give 40% false positive results, with the test administered in a parking lot by half trained individuals with the tests batched processed by the thousands with slipshod results.
