I just re-watched the ‘hand-shaking’ attempts, by NP and CJR, at the SOTU speech.....Nancy holds her hand out, to shake POTUS hand, and he rejects....then....she taps her palm down on something on her podium, before looking shocked and readjusting her micrphone. At about 6:29 mark. Holds that hand awkwardly, for the next few minutes.

Fast forward to end....when POTUS is shaking hands with ALL of the SC Justices....until....security guy (right behind POTUS) brushes away CJ R’s hand, from POTUS. At about 1:26:00 mark.
