I hope ALL of these thug Reps/Govs go down, for certifiying FRAUD election results, CB.
THAT will be a glorious thing to witness.
Including murders.
The SC rejected any relief that would invalidate the mail-in ballots in PA, and left the lower PA supreme court ruling in PA intact.
I think the Court wants to weigh in on the TX lawsuit before them, as the plaintiff is an actual state.
This case is ripe for judgment, on 14th Amendment grounds.
Since I just play a lawyer on the Intrawebs, I think the Court erred, as the question of PA’s unconstitutional law affected a Federal election.

thanks for the tip - I almost gave up looking for new drops.
Sad. I was sad when my daughter moved to Wisconsin and I said goodbye to her bull midriff. He’s getting to where he can’t get around so well and I don’t know if I’ll see him again.
Thank you, Mr President!!
My stock portfolio loves you almost as much as I do.
(Hi, exit!)
Thanks for clarification.
There is a lot of conflicting information on the interwebs.
Senate’s final report on Hunter Biden et al just dropped:

If SCOTUS does not take Texas case, then they won't be getting involved in the election period. The Texas case is the cleanest case for them to get involved and order relief.— Robert Barnes (@Barnes_Law) December 8, 2020
What I find with a legal synopsis from Barnes of seemingly complex litigation is his simplicity. This particular new lawsuit from Texas is a Bush v Gore on steroids MOAB, as it becomes paired down presents a simple yes no matter of law for SCOTUS to decide.— debtanchor (@debtanchor1) December 8, 2020
People tend to forget the Constitution is really just a contract between states, where the states contractually agreed how they would pick a President, where they could sue if a dispute arises between them, and even the remedy if contested electors denies any candidate a majority https://t.co/oeohmYf0w0— Robert Barnes (@Barnes_Law) December 8, 2020
Thanks, Jenny!

Hi,Jane.
Just checked one of my accounts—thank you, Mr. President!
Jeepers creepers.....I froze everything just after the election just in case. I figured with the mess of the election and the unclear future, the market would head south.
It looks like we are heading into Bizarro World territory.
Once the democrats get away with this blatant election steal there will never be another honest election.
Sekelow’s are PUMPED!!
They explain the TX (and, now LA) case, here....

Greg Kelly of NewsMax just Tweeted this:
Not granting a requested injunction is not the same as dismissing this matter. The PENNSYLVANIA case is still ACTIVE.
So now I’m really confused.
It will resolve shortly.
The Texas case would not overthrow election but just send it back to Legislators to decide electors. The GOP Legislators will still need to grow spines.
Also hearing Louisiana has not joined Texas case but is just encouraging it.
