Today I went out for grocery shopping for the next 21 days. Trader’s Joe was empty. People are avoiding stores now. Now I don’t have to go anywhere except for one trip to Target. I will go early morning.

Am often reminded of the report from John Hopkins wash you hands, use hand sanitizer and make sure your carts and door handles are clean. Keep a wet cloth in hand to use when opening and closing doors.

I am doing exactly this plus when I come back home, wash hand and face.
I use a wet Clorox wipe to open the door or grocery basket and wipe the stirring wheel.
Good job. Are you also taking Vit D3, zinc, vit C and Quercetin. Even some of the doctors here are telling people who test positive to take the quescetin and give it to family members.
