That’s what’s being reported, yes.

I know 3 people were injured in the blast, and the police were at the location prior to the explosion. So I don’t think it was police or a passerby. Maybe the perp remained in the RV and the police weren’t aware anyone was in there?

Or maybe the RV was stolen (I haven’t heard any info about the status of the RV) and the deceased was the owner who was killed during the theft?

Oh, and the state website is back up; if it was a Tennessee license plate they may have to wait until the records were accessible to determine the owner/status of the RV. Looked like an older model RV to me.

Sorry to hear your water is frozen. Hopefully they will get your house to where you can get into it soon as the weather is not going to get better for awhile now and campers freeze up easily. Do you have any kind of insulation around it?
