Supreme Court sets Pennsylvania response date in Trump election challenge for two days after Biden inauguration

The Supreme Court on Wednesday appeared to shun President Trump’s Pennsylvania election challenge by setting the date for the state’s response to Jan. 22 — two days after President-elect Joe Biden’s inauguration.
Trump, who filed the suit on Monday, requested that the court expedite the case’s proceedings and require Pennsylvania to respond by today. In a petition filed to the court, Trump’s lawyers wrote that speeding up the timeline is essential “because once candidates have taken office, it will be impossible to repair election results tainted by illegally and belatedly cast or absentee and mail ballots.”
“Without expedited review, petitioner’s appellate rights-and this court’s power to resolve the important constitutional and legal questions presented for this election may be irrevocably lost,” wrote John Eastman, Trump’s attorney in the case.
Eastman told the Washington Examiner that he expects the court to expedite the case and move up the response date.

The clerk, as a matter of routine, files the cases for “an action date” 30 days out. The Court could (I think) expedite the case and “hear” it sooner.

This is representative of what is the meaning, boiled down to its essence, of Trump’s presidency. Who is sovereign? Is it the people or is it the government itself? Do we have a government of, by and for the people, or a government of, by and for the government? The government has spent this entire time, committing many crimes and frauds, in order to reassert its sovereignty.
Now the government class is paying itself off for casting off the people.
The SUPREME COURT appears to be filled with TRAITORS with the exception of 2.

I know..rentals. BA hum bug.
I plan on hiking north (400 miles) from Superior, AZ (central AZ) to the Utah border. If successful, I will then turn around and head south (800 miles) to MX. Then turn back north (400 miles) and return to Superior. All told, about 1,600 miles. Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr.
I was planning on leaving to go hiking until a contractor on my brother’s jobsite came down with RONA. Everyone had to get tested and thankfully, they were all negative. I finally found out last Sat., that the coast was clear. Too late to leave and go hiking before Christmas.
I was offered a small/short term job in OKC, OK, starting right after Christmas. I also plan on going to DC Jan 4th or 5th. IF the job will permit me to travel, I will work, then go to DC, then return to work, and then go hiking after I finish the job. Otherwise, I am going hiking and then go to DC, then come back home and finish hiking. Either way, I’m going to DC, and I’m going hiking. The work... eh, not so much. Speaking of work- I tell people that I can describe hiking in five words; work, work, work, work, work.
They will/can move it up if the constitutional process through congress doesn’t make it moot before its heard.
