SO FAR
No CREDIBLE accusations
WIDESPREAD voter fraud.
So you understand! We have a mini farm too, mostly me as my husband operates a business. It’s usually fine unless we have to do some big project. Our scariest experience this year tho was my husband rolled a tractor. Fortunately, he was able to jump off as it was tilting 😳
Know two people killed by tractor. One was just a mower. So scary.
AMERICA LOST
Perhaps your most important post here at FR. Thank you FRiend.
That happens too often. Where we live it is hilly and my husband as well as our neighbor will try to do things on hills and ditches... and the equipment is very top heavy. DH has pulled our neighbor out of ditches and vice versa.
There’s an update, and the comments reveal more mathematical analysis;
The Mirror • 41 minutes ago
“Something else that doesn’t add up.....
Obama..... 69 Million votes..... won 873 counties
Trump...... 74 Million votes..... won 2,497 counties
Biden....... 81 Million votes..... won 477 counties”
HolyShazamBatman The Mirror • 9 minutes ago
“Has anyone verified the total number of registered voters
in those 477 counties? I bet the total population doesn’t
even equal 81 million much less registered voters.”
Agreed. People who think we can just regroup for next time have no idea what is happening. It isn’t just some voter fraud, it is a full scale attempt to overthrow the USA.
Same here. That’s why neighbors buy goats to keep Hills
“Mowed “
Lol, our goats do a good job of that, but DH and neighbor try things like pushing over trees 😳
“How/where the heck do we go, from here, without a fair justice system???”
An excellent question. I’m at a loss.
The “legal” corruption by family and close friends of people high up in government is described very well in Peter Schweizer’s outstanding book “Secret Empires: How the American Political Class Hides Corruption and Enriches Family and Friends.”The book, published in 2018, has an entire section on the Biden family.
Spouses of DC bigs must be included on financial disclosure forms. No disclosure is required from any other family member. Congress writes the laws to protect themselves and to keep the money flowing. This is one of the main reasons that the entire swamp is protecting itself and will do anything to defeat Trump. Even if what they do to enrich their families is legal, voters would not like it.
“I took a home test (Color Guard) and it came back positive.”
I just had my first Cologuard also, no results yet. So it’s like a prescreening for a coloniscopy?

Wow, Trump’s count increased by over 100%!
Excellent reason to NOT certify the election and/or not accept the “certified” results
People forget that Jackson was considered an ‘outsider’ running against ‘Washington insiders’ and was the ‘people’s President’. That’s also the beginnings of the modern Democratic Party.
So very true.

FWIW The VP Role (addendum to “Constitutional Plan” pinned thread):
***************
-The VP is Constitutionally empowered to “count” electoral votes.
****************
-Under 12A, he alone counts the ballots and is the arbiter of disputes. Congress, largely, is just in an observational role.
***************
FWIW VP 2
***************
-For much of our history, especially during Election 1876, the VP exercised this power.
****************
-Confusion begins over the Electoral Count Act of 1887, passed after the chaos of Election 1886.
*****************
-This act seeks to restrain the VP’s role by inserting provisions for objections.
*****************
FWIW VP 3
**************
-However, it is unconstitutional because it 1) seeks to reduce the Constitutional power vested in the VP and 2) forces Congress to accept the “executive” (governor’s) slates of electors if a dispute cannot be settled. Both statutes violate Article 2.
******************
FWIW VP 4
******************
-In 1887, Republicans maintained the Act was unconstitutional. Since then, scholarship has supported this.
******************
-The VP also has the power to “preserve order”, the extent of which can be considerable as he oversees the Joint-Session of Congress, not the House Speaker.
******************
FWIW VP 5
******************
-If the VP wished to, he could claim a degree of constitutional authority and refuse to count a slate from contested states (See Hawaii 1960).
*****************
-As a law professor said, “doing so would go against the grain of both the Electoral Count Act and historical practice.”
**************
FWIW VP 6
*****************
-But recent (post-1887) “historical practice” is not Constitutional law.
****************
-And what could members of Congress do? Run to SCOTUS? Good luck with that.

But every Republican in the Senate is corrupt.

Do you think McConell is just pretending to throw Trump over board or not?

He voted against officially recognizing Biden as president elect, that’s worth more than anything he could say.
