Note Section 2(a), where, in my opinion, Texas had clear standing to bring their case.

And notice what Section 3 is all about. This will become important in the near future.

Section 1

The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour, and shall, at stated Times, receive for their Services, a Compensation, which shall not be diminished during their Continuance in Office.

Section 2

The judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution, the Laws of the United States, and Treaties made, or which shall be made, under their Authority;-to all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public ministers and Consuls;-to all Cases of admiralty and maritime Jurisdiction;-to Controversies to which the United States shall be a Party;-to Controversies between two or more States;-between a State and Citizens of another State;-between Citizens of different States;-between Citizens of the same State claiming Lands under Grants of different States, and between a State, or the Citizens thereof, and foreign States, Citizens or Subjects.

In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction. In all the other Cases before mentioned, the supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction, both as to Law and Fact, with such Exceptions, and under such Regulations as the Congress shall make.

The Trial of all Crimes, except in Cases of Impeachment, shall be by Jury; and such Trial shall be held in the State where the said Crimes shall have been committed; but when not committed within any State, the Trial shall be at such Place or Places as the Congress may by Law have directed.

Section 3

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.

What’s in the Executive Order on Election Interference?

On Sept. 12, President Trump signed Executive Order 13848, titled “Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election.” Reporting in early August suggested that such an order was being drafted, though—as will be discussed below—it appears to have changed in some meaningful ways.

Initial Determinations

Section 1 of the order establishes an interagency process for determining whether election interference has occurred.

First, the director of national intelligence (DNI) has 45 days to determine—in consultation with appropriate agencies—whether “a foreign government, or any person acting as an agent of or on behalf of a foreign government, has acted with the intent or purpose of interfering in [any election for Federal office].” Second, within 45 days after receiving the DNI’s assessment, the attorney general and secretary of homeland security—in consultation with appropriate agencies—are to send the president and the secretaries of state, defense and the treasury a report evaluating two questions:

(i) the extent to which any foreign interference that targeted election infrastructure materially affected the security or integrity of that infrastructure, the tabulation of votes, or the timely transmission of election results; and

(ii) if any foreign interference involved activities targeting the infrastructure of, or pertaining to, a political organization, campaign, or candidate, the extent to which such activities materially affected the security or integrity of that infrastructure, including by unauthorized access to, disclosure or threatened disclosure of, or alteration or falsification of, information or data.

The directive also requires the report to “identify any material issues of fact with respect to these matters that the Attorney General ....(BARR..was recently at the White House)and the Secretary of Homeland Security are unable to evaluate or reach agreement on at the time the report is submitted.”

Trump may be God's man. But God has millions of us, not just one. What if God had 1 million of them with varying competencies that He owned lock stock and barrel, and he set them to task all at once here? At that point things would get downright interesting!!!

Our government may be the best one ever contrived. I believe these are all indisputable facts.

But, neither Trump or our mighty fine government and our founding documents are the basis of my HOPE or expectation of help.

God often does some zig-zagging in our lives to make sure that HE is our focus... no one else.

God will protect his man. God will encourage his people. His people are the ones who put their trust and focus on Him, and not just when we are troubled by our situations.

That is what I am thinking.

Sometimes He lulls our enemies into a place where they think it is all over for us... think Egypt, Goliath or Sennacherib. The 400 prophets of Ba-al all thought that Elijah would be toast, not them.

But, Elijah slaughtered them all before the Lord and the people, who repented for their idolatry and rebellion against God, his people and his prophets. Please, remember Agag. God had a peculiarly horrific and instructive way of dealing with Agag... (I Samuel 15:33 great story)... I laugh out loud almost every time I read it.

Can you imagine that God might do the same kind of things here in our day and age? Just because we asked Him to help? Things get very interesting and messy, when Agag starts getting cocky with God and his people.

Thinking back to Bush v. Gore in 2000, the decision of the Supreme Court was received and respected, and the election was over.

There were no threats of violence against the other side by anyone, except by a very few radicals, which never came to fruition.

That was 20 years ago.

Back then, the prestige of the Supreme Court was enough to decide the issue, and for the country to move forward.

With their cowardice tonight, they have sealed their own doom, as their precious Court will now be packed into oblivion by the Democrats.

Their salvation, and the salvation of the entire nation—rests on one man—President Trump, and the use of the military to maintain order while real crimes are exposed on all sides.

DECLAS needs to start now to build the case for Trump to LAWFULLY prosecute treason and to prove the election was fraudulent, as his executive power will legally end on January 20th at noon, unless Biden/Harris is proven illegitmate.

If the report is coming out next Friday at the latest, 45 days will be Feb 1. Better be quicker so the right party is sworn in on the 20th. May be much quicker, before the electors meet.
