Spices are very expensive. I grow some and dehydrate, but I didn’t do that this year.
Hopefully, there would still be mail service 😬

Do you have access to a Sam’s Club or Costco? Or a restaurant supply store that sells to the general public? An Amish/Mennonite store? And I hate to say it, but even Wal-Mart or Amazon online ordering. If you spend enough at Wal-Mart, shipping is free.
Doesn’t help that it’s holiday baking season plus people are trying to stock up for the future.

I had to set up a new place at the end of April beginning of May. The person that picked up my ordered was asked 3 or 4 times if she owned a restaurant at Sam’s and Costco’s. I ended up getting stuff from both Walmart and Amazon also, since Sam’s and Costco were out of it. Starting all over stinks, but I am getting it done. Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought I’d be doing this at my age and at this point in my life.
