Any time there’s switching of a loaded trailer, whether it be planned because of scheduling or an agreement between drivers, dispatch is ALWAYS aware of what’s happening. That’s why I believe it was an inside job to some degree.

AZ to hold hearing tomorrow (virtual) with subpoena power to review evidence....just heard on Bannon’s show.
He did great... had a democrat rep challenge his numbers and he answered her arguments perfectly. He could not answer all (a handful of her “friends” that were on his list, which I’m sure is bs) and said he would be happy to work with her if she would send the info. He was calm and professional.

I know every government entity has different rules about how things are procured, but in OUR state, that would have been shot down so quick your head would spin!
Always cracks me up when we get a management person who is new to state government and they want to just go to X and buy something. We have to explain they just can’t do that; there are LAWS!
