Legislatures in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin need to fix this state of affairs.
In the aftermath of the 2020 presidential election, we have heard about massive voter fraud in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. It appears that the fraud, if reversed, would change the winner in these states from Joe Biden to Donald Trump. The electoral votes in question add to 79. This would give Trump a total of 311, easily making him the winner.
Trump has tried suing to right the situation, but unfortunately, almost all of the judges hearing the cases dismiss them without even giving Trump's lawyers the right of discovery. These judges are ignoring several smoking guns.
Will the Supreme Court come to the rescue? If they do, they can make judgments regarding only the crimes that may have been committed. They cannot decide who gets the electors. This is the state legislators' responsibility. It will be helpful if the Court reminds the legislators of this.
For the states in question, all but Nevada have a Republican majority in their legislatures. I assume that the Nevada majority is pleased with the Democrat electors. The rest of the state legislature majorities should be champing at the bit to invalidate the election and make their own choice. To their credit, they are having hearings on this issue. Unfortunately, they fear backlash from the press. As low-level politicians, some of them may not have the courage to undo the damage and elect a Republican slate. If this is the case, then the criminals will have won. They will commit this crime in every subsequent election, including the January Senate runoff in Georgia. There will be a Democrat majority in the House, the Senate, and every state Legislature. Acting like cowards will ensure their political demise.

We live in interesting times. I do not think most of the citizens of the USA are just going to swallow communism.
We know that at least 75 million won't.
There has got to be some realistic Democrat voters that are upset about this election as well.
Maybe, I am too Naive, but this really should piss off all Americans.
Our founders always thought that elections would be treated as a gentlemen’s battle of ideas, with all sides interested in preserving the process, win or lose.
Communism DID NOT exist, at all, back then. Totalitarianism, of the form under Communism and Fascism, also did not exist. Neither did cities or counties run by potentates. So our founders had no reason to fear any of it - and so, coupled with a relatively weak federal government, they thought it was a good idea to let states run elections, and states flowed that down to lower levels.
But now things are different, very different. Either we respond by pulling elections out of the hands of corrupt people, or we’re destroyed as a country. Our choice. Just in Texas, our first priority here SHOULD BE to get all of the elections run out of Austin, by the state government. They have the databases needed to verify whether people are real or not and, at least for now, they’re also not corrupt. Will it happen...probably not.
The vote fraud was committed against a sitting President and his party.
If it “wins” it will mean he has abdicated.
At least 80 million Americans (the ones who count) will support him in stopping it, and most want to go further.
They won’t. Although little will be done to stop them.
There will be fantasies about the midterms, but the fact is the ballot box has been corrupted. I’ll be the first to say it, although not the only one...VOTING DOES NOT MATTER ANYMORE. What the democrats have done is so grave as it has destroyed the foundations of the nation.
Our government shows itself to be lawless and unaccountable. And worse it makes villains of a free people. It won’t be enough for Trump to step aside, they already have plans to continue fake criminal indictments. Trump will have to leave the country and seek sanctuary elsewhere or we have to take up the mantel and defend him/protect him/and our country.
The game of politics and parties is over. This isn’t about just the Presidency, or the Congress. It is about stopping the cancel culture, the education system, the psychology folks who’ve doped nearly every young adult.
Many laughed at the conspiracy nuts, tin-foil crowd...they are not laughing now that destruction has entered the House.
If it makes it to the state legislature to vote it will be interesting. Will the democrats vote for biden and Republicans out vote them or will some of them stab Trump and us in the back..Or will the Republicans vote for Trump and some democrats know the truth and vote for the truth. I think if it makes it to that point that the Republicans in most all the states will do the right thing and the democrats will vote against it. The press will have a field day printing that Trump stole the election but we and most (75% at least) will know justice was served..

This has to be painful to the LEFT. Unless the people who are responsible at all levels that took part in these crimes are subjected to the courts & convicted - then sent to lengthy jail terms — then this will continue.
The battlefield indicator on this is that - no one has been arrested. The judges are accepting the fraud, the lies, the cheating, and basically the stolen election. They know what is out there - they know full well it’s been proven.
As long as they don’t speak about it - ignore it - look away — in a short amount of time - JAN 20, 2021 will be on out doorstep. They are running the clock out and making fun of anyone who calls these crimes out.
One of two things will occur.
(1) In 2022, the election is held and Conservatives gain seats and actually start turning this crap around on local and state levels taking control away from the federal government. By the time 2024 rills in, new elections are held that are legitimate and Trump wins his 2nd term.
(2) The country stays divided, the federal govt institutes all these stupid radical Marxist ideas and at some point there is a flash - a incident that sends the nation into total hell-bent revolution.
No one wants martial law right now — but, it’s the only thing that Pres. Trump has - but he won’t use it. The Media is not on his side - he has lost support of the House of Representatives, local and state judges do not support him, and governors that should, don’t.
The only remaining constant in this ordeal - is that there are at least 75 million US Citizens that support Pres. Trump, are armed, educated, and can crave out a living when necessary. They know the election was stolen - they will NOT support Biden or the LEFT in anything they do. The next 4 yrs )if Biden gets in) will be hard - in your face - reality of push back from both sides. The LEFT knows that they must seize control now - they can’t have another upset like they had in 2016 under Hillary — it will be total domination - there will be no holding back this time.
Of course - you can stay here on Free republic and talk about it — or prepare to walk the battlefield with your fellow patriots!

I think you should prepare for life to get ugly, regardless.
In fact, I think open warfare - I mean, force on force - is more likely if Trump continues to resist than if he concedes.
Life under Harris (I continue to believe that Biden is irrelevant) will be ugly, beyond a doubt. Life with organized combat forces of the US military slaughtering each other while guerrilla warfare rages in the countryside and China forms a mutual defense treaty with the insurrectionist government of California will be ugly as well.

In hindsight, President Trump’s biggest mistake was not putting SWMNBN in jail. He made a RINO mistake, thinking he could please the Communist Party. She has been, and will always be, his most intractable enemy.
News now that the inauguration is going to be virtual. So President Trump doesn’t have to be there. He’s free to hold a counter inauguration at the same time. Then announce a government in exile.

I actually think it will be a lot worse than the author is saying. I think there will be mandatory reeducation for everyone. Confiscation of “ill-gotten gains”, such as your IRA. They will weaponize building codes to force people out of suburbs, exurbs and rural homes. You will need a permit to travel. Religion banned. Families broken up, kids all raised by the state. It is hard to imagine anything that these people would not control if given a chance.
