Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

Animals on the Forecastle (pronounced FOLK-sul)
There is a long tradition of ships carrying animals on board dating back to Noah. Whether they were food, cargo, or pets they were there. In today's Navy they are clustered on the forecastle in the names of various items.
The number of animals varies depending on who you ask. They include but aren't limited to: Monkey's Fist, Cats Paw, Hawse (horse) Pipe, Bullnose, Wildcat, Whelps, Rat Guard, Jack Ass, Fish Plate, Pelican Hook, Cats Head, and Elephants toe.

If you harken back to the history of all the Q drops we ain’t seen nothing yet. The storm is approaching but not here yet. It will be very scary when “the storm is upon us”. Internet down, phones down, no comms. Things will happen that we have not imagined (even though we have been imaginative). It will be a “scare event”. POTUS will appear to be in grave danger. It will be so jaw dropping that it will silence the chattering class and mass red-pill millions. Then we will take our country back. The Constitution will be restored. The government will be for the people and by the people.

The implication is that anything POTUS does that uses the powers of that EO will be done within that time frame.

I believe the plan is to get before Supremes and criminal referrals to come from the court. Until there is a referral (or charge) sent to DOJ Barr’s hands may be tied.....YET
