Say Team Trump loses the race against time and Biden is seated Jan 20th. However they are able to present incontrovertible evidence after Biden is seated that Trump got more votes than Biden and the court rules in Trump's favor. Can Biden be legally removed and replaced by Trump ?
Biden will not be President. Right now Trump is biding his time to see if the ace up his sleeve is needed.
Electoral college votes on Monday, December 14, whoever wins that day will be president barring death.

I would not be surprised if Biden is not removed before his term has ended.
The only silver lining is all this is that Hillary Clinton must really be dying inside to see that someone else may become the first woman President.

The enemy has breached the contract with their treasonous and traitorous actions (colluding with communist China, Venezuela, Iran) to steal the election from President Trump. As such, they are no longer protected by the Constitution.

A better question to ponder is what will happen if Biden croaks before he becomes President. Will anyone claim that Kamala Harris is not a natural born citizen because her parents weren’t citizens.

Much is made of all the judges. And I commend McConnell for his efforts. Does anyone think they won’t institute a massive impeachment process to get rid of EVERY judge that President Trump picked, to include SCOTUS?
