Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

One is "was the election adulterated"
and the fractional counting
as well as the (literally, by design), according to the sworn testimony of someone who helped design it for Maduro,
and according to the conversation of Eric Coomer "Trump won't win. We made f***ing sure of that",
and the testimony of "CodeMonkeyZ" who examined the user manuals for the Dominion voting machines
and the results reported by the Empire system from the New York Times (multiple times when exact literal same number of votes was reported, three times in one state, twice in another),
and the results (I think on CNN) in real time which showed President Trump losing ~19k votes at the exact instant Biden was awarded the EXACT number of votes,
AND the complaints by Democrat Senators Ron Wyden, Amy Klobuchar, and Elizabeth Warren that Dominion servers were liable to manipulation (in 2019),
AND the fact the the key patents for Dominion servers were given to HSBC as collateral for debt by Dominion...
that just shows *how* the fraud was done.
The testimony / affidavit of that military guy from the 305th whatever, that Iran and China had access to the servers, shows WHICH FOREIGN COUNTRIES might've done it, and opens the door to President Trump's 2018 Executive Order.
