The dominion part so far is weakest part of case. Sidney represents 5 disenfranchised voters of each state. She is not filing as the Federal case... so, she doesn’t have any access to information the us govt may have. And realize the Federal govt is a victim of Georgia. Abraham Lincoln perhaps should send troops?
Sidneys case is very good in other areas, namely the traditional ballot stuffing fraud. But perhaps the best part of her case is the physical handling of absentee ballots in willful violation of the law.
You have referred me to Sidney's filing, but I had already in part read it, I therefore refer you back to what I wrote, which maybe is what you failed at - that is, reading it :-)

I’m no attorney but it seems like the already ripe evidence of the on-the-ground fraud was used to get this into court and the remote server issues, including with Chinese and Iranian access, are there to open the door for fuller and likely more nationally significant evidence that won’t have to revealed before a trial, appeal and/or higher ruling.
Actual evidence that they did is 400,000 ballots being entered into the totals in a period of time that the actual physical scanners could have only scanned 100,000 ballots.
Obviously the only way that many last minute ballots could have been added to the totals were the use of admin access to directly edit the ballot totals.
To me, It means SOMEONE made a request for those 100,000 ballots probably as backup for the steal...but when they used them they were not tied to any particular voter, as they “were never returned” Officially...as in date stamped, etc. Ie...they came in thru back door. I could be wrong.

A brilliant move if it can happen as she supplements the Rudy allegations, and gets at national security issues that should have the SC really think about all of this besides the actual easier law violations of non legislative changes being made to allow this type of activity to occur.

That is, it’s almost like the court saying ‘well there’s not much we can do, maybe we can restrain certifications to some extent, but at least we can declare it a fraud, and that way it doesn’t look like a legal coup from the legislatures when they pick Trump electors, but instead a very legitimate course to take for a very illegitimate election.
To me the most likely outcome , if they feel voters were denied equal protection.

The link of Iran and China in the actual evidence provided is surprisingly weak. I suggest everyone read that carefully before hanging the case on that. The media is going to be all over that in trying to discredit this filing.
To me she is putting the FBI/DOJ on notice that this is something they should have been on top of going into the election, and if theres at least a thread of interference, then it becomes stronger re the legislatures taking over rather than waiting for a long drawn out “ nothing here” shaped by media reports.
she may also be setting them up for a followup drop of proof that is yet to be revealed....
