I appreciate your Enron example but you may not be aware Andrew Weissman was involved in prosecuting that, and everyone involved was eventually exonerated (after spending a year in jail and 10,000 people lost their jobs)

You are correct.

The legislatures of the respective states are the ultimate authority on which set of electors represent the state in the Electoral College. I believe the US Supreme Court ruled as much in 2000.

Here is how I would explain it.

1. We know more than 1.3 million absentee ballots were sent to Georgia voters.

2. 100,000 of those requested absentee ballots were counted.

3. The counties have zero records that these 100,000 absentee ballots were received. In other words the counties have no envelopes or logs to show they actually received 100,000 votes that were counted.

You put into quotes that I said you were NOT a human being therefore you directly attributed what you put into quotes as to what I said.

Let me reiterate what I said “ you failed at being a human being.” You can go back and re-read what I said originally.

But in order to fail at being a human being you must be a human being first. So the quote was incorrect. The quote is incorrect as I never said you were NOT a human being. And then you failed at reading comprehension, logic and retention. A long list of failures makes a failure out of you.

It’s friggin logic and common sense. Use that head god gave you. You tried to spin something I said into something I did not say. That is is either failure of reading comprehension or you did it maliciously. It has nothing to do with a research paper it has to do with your everyday common sense logic. In your hurry to condemn me you failed yourself and tried to attribute something I did not say to something I said. That is called spin. That is stupidity in its finest.
