Yes, and I remember that not so subtle Tweet Video from Obama that was a clear signal to delay the dismissal.

from 3d3n:

And yet another Boom. What a day. ACB votes pro God and Anti Cuomo. So much winning.

Breaking News: The Supreme Court blocked New York’s virus-imposed limits on religious services. Justice Amy Coney Barrett was a decisive vote in the 5-4 ruling. https://nyti.ms/3m9OBfM

After reading the 11/25/20 lawsuits by
@SidneyPowell1
or Mrs. Kraken as future law students will reverently address her for decades, it is apparent that thousands of hours of labor went into this work product.

It’s almost as if we had [their] playbook and anticipated it.

Best of all,
@SidneyPowell1
demanded the courts IMPOUND ALL 30,000 DOMINION VOTING FRAUD MACHINES, FAKE BALLOT PRINTERS AND VOTE ADJUSTING TABULATORS.

This should go from a civil action to a criminal action.

The
@SidneyPowell1
lawsuit alleges the burst water leak at the State Farm Arena was ONLY an overflowing toilet in another building. Her lawsuit demands 36 hours of video surveillance of the Arena along with work orders and evidence of flooding in the Ballot Area. Oops.

It shows the GA SUPREME COURT previously ruled that she doesn’t have to prove who someone would have voted for to get illegal votes thrown out. She only has to prove irregularities.

Bye bye fake absentee ballots.

I learned from the lawsuits filed by
@SidneyPowell1
that the courts CAN INSTANTLY force a State to decertify election results if evidence of illegal voting exists. And it sure does.

I just read
@SidneyPowell1
and her work of art. Her 104 page filing is a brilliant lawsuit that has hundreds of examples of fraud with clear legal precedent.

My favorite was page 59 where she elegantly quoted Antifa as a “Domestic Terror Organization”.

Well dear Q friends. It’s been quite the day. Starting with an early sign in by me at #9, and a local history club meeting where the doom and gloom were overwhelmed by the never-say-die Trumpers (I helped lead that charge), and the hearing in PA, then Powell’s bombshell lawsuits in GA and MI, it’s been historic. I wish you all a wonderful Thanksgiving, shared with many family and dear friends. We have much to give thanks for, and much to look forward to, as we restore our republic. God bless you all.

I’ll see you again on Friday.

thanQ.
:: There is no confession of guilt required or implied by a pardon. ::

I had to look some of this up. I knew about Burdick but not how\if it was used.

“Ruling for the majority in the 1915 case Burdick v. United States, Supreme Court Justice Joseph McKenna ruled that a pardon “carries an imputation of guilt; acceptance a confession of it.”

Some say that’s not what McKenna meant and not what Burdick was about.

Supposedly, Pres. Ford carried that ruling in a card in his pocket and used it as his justification for the Nixon pardon.

https://www.nytimes.com/2006/12/29/washington/29pardon.html

Ford mentioned Burdick in his post-pardon written statement furnished to the Judiciary Committee of the United States House of Representatives. however, he didn’t mention McKenna’s statement.

There is a sector that says Sullivan can still sentence Flynn.
Flynn withdrew his guilty plea at the end of Jan. 2020.
Sullivan could also follow-up on his threat to charge Flynn for perjury because of his signing his plea agreement admitting guilt.

A lot of speculation but I can’t imagine the tactical reasons for the pardon.
Course, I have no imagination when it comes to this stuff.

The interesting parts are right now before us.

“Former US Secretary of State John Kerry met with 3 Iranians a few hours ago at LaVeno restaurant in #Paris
After learning of the observation, they all left the place.
The Iranians had arrived at the scene in a car with a diplomatic license plate.

Ok I’ve read both Michigan and Georgia.

Obviously the massive eyebrow raiser is the reference to Iran and China. How do we get that exhibit/item of testimony for viewing?

There is great testimony and witness testimony of ballot stuffing, things we have long known about Detroit/Philly

The mishandling of ballots is also extensively documented

I find the statistical analysis to be above my pay grade and much of it only rises to casting reasonable doubts

The part about watermarks is also an eye popper

The claim of multi state collusion is mentioned but without evidence

Couple it with Pompeo’s statement about China to the governors. Nobody took it seriously. They’ll come to regret it.
