My experience latino and Black Americans tip the least, sometimes nothing. I don’t know why this is, as the amount of the tip does not seem to matter if the server is black or latino etc.

Fact Check: The FBI's statistics show black people are much more likely to murder white people than vice versa, even though black people comprise only 12% of the population. In addition, all those murders comprise a microscopic percentage of the U.S. population. Also, about 7,000 black people are murdered each year (the vast majority of whom are killed by other black people).
