Most people on here, and especially the general populace, have no idea the trouble a lawyer can get in by signing a pleading that is unfounded. Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (and most states) require the signature of at least one lawyer. If the lawyer signs it without having fully vetted the allegations, personal liability from sanctions can be assessed. That is why a lawyer checks and double checks all facts prior to filing.
Rule 11 reads as follows. Pay attention to subsection (b).

Here we go. She either has it or not. I think she has good stuff. She is waiting to get to court. Some were wondering if she thought she had something and it turned out to be nothing but her track record is good. This maybe something Trump wants to stay away from..
Honestly? You remind me of me. I was a christian since I was a kid, and then one day, on a retreat I went to, (what I thought was a "spiritual retreat," I was probably there by accident,) I accepted Jesus Christ.

There was a Bible by my bed, and I opened it. Suddenly, that "wall of words" came alive. The Breath of God - the Word of God, the Holy Spirit filling me. I wish I felt that moment every second of my life... I became a Christian - and I hadn't really planned to.
My humble suggestion, my brother, is to pray. Don't try to force yourself to read the Word, start with prayer, and think about Christ's gift to us, an unmerited gift we don't deserve. Meditate on what a gift truly is - an unconditional offering that all we need to do is accept. Be open to the Holy Spirit, be willing. The Spirit works on his own time, not ours.
Meditate, pray, wait. There are worse things to do.

Thanks for the citation. The naysayers on this forum have no idea the hurdles Sidney, Lin and the others have had to overcome. It really is annoying.
Now THAT is a “velly intelesting” observation, and quite prescient!
Maybe even Roberts has considered it, but for certain it would weigh heavy on the minds—and hearts—of Thomas, Alito, Barret, and hopefully Kavanaugh!

I wouldn't bet against Powell or Wood, but it has to be something that cannot be denied and can be back up with hard facts. Otherwise, their credibility is screwed.,p>We know the why,but we need the who, when and especially HOW this was done.
As always you’re wrong. What Sessions did or what he didn’t do has no bearing on Sydney Powell’s integrity or Wood’s or Guiliani’s. It is not a smart proposition to base your beliefs about one person by the actions of another. Sydney Powell is not Jeff Sessions, or Bill Barr or John Durham so you are just wrong on not having any confidence in her due to the actions or inactions of others. Sydney Powell, Rudy and Lin Woods records stand on their own; doesn’t matter what others have done. Stop holding them accountable for others bad deeds.
When you tell people to stay home-your telling people to elect the Democrats. This is the type of thing the Democrats would never be stupid enough to do-no matter how pissed they are. It’s stupid. And you will find out Lin Wood is full of it. You don’t have to argue with me-just wait and see.
