I have worked closely with @SidneyPowell1 & others over recent weeks.
The lawsuit Sidney will be filing tomorrow in GA speaks TRUTH.
Enemies of America will deny its allegations. Do NOT believe them.
Believe Sidney & me. We love America & freedom. Our enemies do not.

As for all of this nonsense, it was proven to be nonsense the other day when she said Kemp and the SOS took bribes and she was going to “blow up” GA.
That is EXACTLY what she said..no exaggeration.
Then, when asked if she is certain they were bribed, she said...
“That’s certainly what we’ve been told”
Say what??!?!
She could have said, “I cannot reveal the proof we have right now”
But she didn’t.
So the excuse “she didn’t want to give away the proof” doesn’t hold water.
She SAID that’s what she has been TOLD.
She accused a Governor and SOS based on what she’s been TOLD!!
That works in a schoolyard argument, MAYBE. Or with gossip among housewives.
Not in this instance.
I don’t give a #### what both these lawyers have done in the past.
They’re angling to make a fortune when all this is over and have a following of MILLIONS of idiots either way this goes.
I know MANY lawyers, and I’ve watched the big cases the past 4 decades and I have NEVER HEARD such absurd comments as “biblical, or kraken or whatever else she has said.
That includes OJ’s lawyers, Michael Jackson’s lawyers..many of the most INSANE cases out there...never heard such nonsense.
I’m not waiting to find out anything.
I know they are putting on a con.
And again, I don’t give a #### WHAT they did before this case.
The con couldn’t be more obvious and we are being made to look like fools.
And being given false hope by those two.
And that’s a disgusting thing to do.

You are confused, or spreading a false narrative. The Sekulow filing was for Monday or today. Sidney said a week or two ago that her filing was aimed for Friday (the Friday after Thanksgiving). That’s why she is now planning to file TOMORROW, because the courts will be closed for the ‘holiday’.
It took a long time, and a lot of anger to learn that I had exactly 5 seconds when I felt provoked to hold off, and then I could control my response.
When I became a Christian, I listened to a lot of "acting like a Christian" sermons, and figured, "OK, if you say so, bud," and that wasn't my role. When I became more involved in the church, and was looked on as an informal leader, I learned my behavior should be somewhat restrained. I also take counsel when my behavior is criticized, and apply discernment. It takes an effort, somedays.
You spittled out, “I know they are putting on a con.” Was that found by your god-like powers of crystal gazing?
We know there is a lot of corruption and cheating. Unfortunately, proving it takes time. Loose talk about what someone heard and it’s gonna’ be really big this time - especially coming from a lawyer - just discredits uncovering the provable corruption.
If by “biblical” you mean wordy, full of metaphors, and relies on a lot of faith...it might just meet that standard.

I LOVE that style about Trump...though sometimes a bad one sneaks through.

I was wondering about Sidney’s lawsuit(s). Will she have standing? And whites her path to the SCOTUS? (obviously she would need some fast-tracking)
Would SCOTUS combine all the fraud lawsuits?
Maybe some Freepers with a background in adjudication could provide some insight?
This is good news. I think it informative if people have some information about the process, claims, and evidence. Mark Levin did a great job of describing the legal process in his most recent Sunday show Life Liberty and Levin. The claims will be stated in the court filing. That is where the intensity of the case will appear. The evidence takes considerable time to receive, gather, evaluate, and organize for inclusion with the case. The attorneys and staff need to be familiarized with all this before initiating the case.
It might be worth noting that the evidence can vary quite a bit in terms of volume, variety, relevance, and conclusiveness. Evidence is not the same as proof—in scientific research, for example, we don’t prove something but rather we provide evidence that alternative explanations are unlikely. That is just the nature of the real world. Evidence that something is impossible is about as close to proof as you can get. I see some great evidence in that regards.
I hope someone familiar with technology law can offer some examples of evidence that is found in cybercrime cases because I think that might be relevant.

The first big tip off, is when they use ridiculous words..like biblican and release the kraken.
I can Definitely see NYC street hustlers make a fortune throwing those at tourists while I die lauhing.
Oh, and then there’s the making a HUGE accusation and then basically saying “that’s what someone told me”
