when crimes are investigated it is usually the lower level
participants who get snared, mid-level actors cutting plea
deals and higher level actors getting slaps on the wrist
if anything at all.
Many of the poll workers are definitely passionate
supporters. But to believe that enough of them were there
with the intent to commit fraud requires us to assume they
were able to plan and coordinate enough to pull it off. I
can not force myself to reach that conclusion.
Instead, I have no trouble imagining polling and count
center staff under pressure to get ballots processed in a
timely manor. I can see how personal preferences and
biases likely influenced ballot scrutiny to a narrowed
prejudiced conclusion. But that would mean that they also
were victims of the larger fraud of higher actors.
I hope I'm right. because they only way to shield them
from blame is to get us past certification where the
officials are left with all of the accountability for
their signatures. Especially, since many of them have
already been told what is going on.

feel the heat and cut plea deals. Some won't know they
need a plea deal until they are offered one and the rest
will be begging for a deal after they finally see the net

I agree with you. The instances of voter fraud don’t amount to a hill of beans. But so what?
The real problem of widespread voting software manipulations amounting to millions and millions of fraudulent votes is what is at issue.

In Pennsylvania mail in ballots were “cured” for Pittsburgh and Philly but not the rest of the state.
There were people who had to vote provisional ballots because someone had already voted in their name.
There was widespread fraud and unequal application of standards.
It is a thought.
McConnell does not have direct access to a trump path to re-election until after the election is thrown to the House but the House is not able to (or not allowed to, by Pelosi) to declare a winner.
At that juncture in the hypothetical future, McConnell can either hold a vote, or table a vote. If he tables a vote, then Pelosi becomes acting President by default— and the Republican Party is effectively destroyed forever as a viable formal political entity. Is that the prize apple that Haspel was seeking?
Side observation, if it goes to a national House or Senate vote, then if the Republicans break ranks, it will be the end of the Republican Party and a new party will be constituted (setting aside the outside possibility of a CWII if a new party is blocked from being formed).

Voter fraud and election tampering are two different things. One of the things I have noticed about discussions on FR (or anywhere else for that matter) often fall apart simply because no one is using the same dictionary.
Think of it the way Michael Corleone dealt with the 5 families at the end of The Godfather Part 1.
In this day and age, the only way to steal an election is by being able to manipulate the votes that are being tabulated. The fact that the tabulating of the votes that are cast in America's elections, is located outside the country, ought to scare the bejesus out of each and every American. Any American election whose votes were sifted through servers in other countries should be voided. The reason the Democrats aren't contesting it, is because they are complicit in the fraud.
This article shows where Montgomery County PA removed 80K votes supposedly in person, and replaced them with 88K votes by mail.
The percentage for Biden is ludicrously high in both cases 95% +
the only reason we can see it is because they made a mistake and replaced likely fake in person ballots with mail.
Similar thing happened in Maricopa county, two batches of 40K mail replacing in person
Those errors are more than required to flip PA and AZ

Nice essay. What you left out is the potential existence of SEALED indictments being served. The condition of a SEALED indictment being served is that the indictment must remain completely confidential until the case is brought to court.
Some of these pop up whiners... may have already been served. Not pie in the sky hope, but a potential reality. Keep that in mind. Everyone... trying to second guess what the truth is in the background... while “demanding” evidence so they can juke the system with media bullcrap and save their own a@@ES.
Overall, appreciate the essay as logical thinking. Somewhere in here, however, very (VERY) emotional Patriotism will come into view and reality. Saving our Republic taking priority over legalisms.
I think everyone is getting a little dramatic about what is going to happen.
