My theory is that everything we see and hear for the next several days is for the purpose of developing the SCOTUS case(s). I haven't seen a timetable, but would guess these will be after Thanksgiving.
Rudy & Sidney always say they are putting together their case ... not that it's all set. I think this has a lot to do with strategic timing.
I do think the President has a winning strategy, and this will become abundantly clear in the weeks ahead.
