But what is of particular concern here, is that it means “the fix is in” for the two Georgia Senate races, too. My guess is the Democrats know this and that’s why Schumer is drinking champagne and talking about “remaking” the world and “remaking” the U.S. I’m not giving up on Trump, but we shall see what happens.
Doesn’t matter what Rudy and Sindey feel about it. It will happen. I am absolutely frustrated by it - but it is the reality. Georgia election officials are being allowed to conduct signature validations without observation in total secrecy - which is just one of many aspects of this “recount/validation” that are utterly corrupt. This was suppose to be transparent to help restore faith in the system. Instead, these officials are making it LESS trustworthy. And this will mark the killer blow to the Trump campaign’s attempts to restore this nation’s election integrity.
So? You cannot challenge the unconstitutionality of Brad's fraud COMPROMISE SETTLEMENT AGREEMENTAND RELEASE [pdf] without the cert; short of convincing the GA legislature to file a separate slate of electors.
If SCOTUS overturns the COMPROMISE SETTLEMENT, they will have to dissolve GA's slate of electors and order a validated signature recount.
Trump put all his eggs in one basket: Vote flipping by Dominion, the one company he called out by name.
Either a simple recount finds flipping and Trump is gloriously victorious, or he doesn’t find any and loses after a series of failed legal challenges.
I find it difficult to believe Trump can accuse a company of cheating, and (if/when) none is found, change his accusation to signature matching or dead people voting and not be rebuked by the judges.
Could be the plan. Overwhelming evidence that leaves no choice. I would love to see a nation wide revote of the election. Take those machines out. Do it the way Florida does it. No mail ins just in person voting or absentee. A honest election to restore confidence to the people for future elections. But we all know that’s not how it works. Like you were saying there is a procedure to follow. We need over the top evidence or we have biden..
If the rule of law and the Constitution still mattered, that lawsuit ought to drive a nail through the heart of this corrupt Georga election. Alas - these no longer apply.

You won’t even need BLM. Covid lockdowns to destroy businesses/economies, massive government bailouts to help the bankrupt, paid for my massive taxes on anyone left producing anything or with any property. Eventually those folks lose their property. Energy costs that triple raising the cost of everything, making it harder to make ends meet for businesses and citizens. Need to have a global government to deal with the economic devastation. Voilà, before you know it, no private property. Mission accomplished. “The Great Reset,” New World Order, Communism Whatever you want to call it.....

Reposting here regarding the “farce” recount:
When I first heard there was going to be a recount, I was encouraged because they said it was a recanvass, audit and recount and I felt confident that the enormous Biden vote dumps in the middle of the night would be uncovered. Turns out it is only a recount of fraudulent ballots, and no verification of signatures on absentee ballots (see the lawsuit below)

I believe they could have added as many ballots as they needed to match the dominion numbers. I do know that between midnight and about 2 pm, Trump’s s lead dropped from +6 to +2.5
Here is a video from another monitor in Fulton County, showing a stack of 3456 ballots - 3331 for Biden and only 105 for Trump. In case you missed it earlier. I have mentioned our SOS is the one who both purchased Dominion systems and put it in every county in GA, despite concerns and even lawsuits over the security of the software. He has been saying from day one there is no credible fraud and the counts are accurate, but I know for a fact there was fraud, I know people who experienced here, and the SOS either ignored them or gave them the runaround.

However, the fact is, the SOS making this deal with the Democrats which changed election law was illegal because he did not go through GA legislature. For that reason L. Lin Wood filed this lawsuit:

I filed a lawsuit today in federal court in Atlanta to establish that the March 6, 2020 Consent Agreement by the GA Secretary of State rendered UNLAWFUL the 11/3 GA general election.

I do not know Kemp’s role in all this, besides his ex chief of staff, Jared Thomas is a dominion lobbyist. I do know that he has been completely silent on all this and is ignoring pleas by thousands of Georgians to call a special session of GA Legislature. His silence is very suspicious.
Finally as far as absentee ballots goes, Stacy Abrams has lead all of that with ballot harvesting and leading the effort to cure (fix) absentee ballots after the deadline, which was also agreed to in the SOS settlement deal.
Ummm, well because Kemp is in on the steal.
It will be interesting to see if Kemp plans to modify the application of the rules for the two Senate seats.
That’s going to be her albatross...it’s like the read my lips moment.
If nothing changes here, then Georgia is just begging for a repeat performance over the coming Senate runoffs.
I think we now see that Governor Kemp was a total never Trumper fraud. During his election campaign he made a big deal about protecting guns. Oh, really Kemp?
And paving the way for Biden and Harris is the worse threat to the 2nd Amendment!
