So much for that thorough recount, recanvas, audit.
All the recount was ever going to do is confirm the original count within a handful of votes either way.
There is no GOP Kraken, just bloviating by commentators looking for ratings and clicks. We’ve been played people. Rudy, Sidney, Gateway, etal., talk a good story, but there is no cavalry coming. The democrats, Deep State, Globalists and Big Tech have been planning this for years. They screwed up in 2016 because Hillary was cocky. They perfected it in 2018 and stole the WH in 2020. We all knew it was coming. They told us outright, and we couldn’t stop it. After the run offs in Ga. they will control all three branches and WILL release their Kracken.
It’s like they are going a different angle. They don’t seem to be worried about recounts or getting the illegal votes out of the count. Maybe going for a total revote.

The notion that a recount of fraudulent votes administered by a corrupt Secretary of State binds the state legislature is laughable on its face.
In every event it would not bind Congress, who could simply refuse to support any Biden Georgia electors.

The legislature can choose a slate of electors, make its case to the courts as to why its choice is legitimate, and let the appeals run all the way to the Supreme Court.
I doubt it would make it very far through the courts.
It sounds to me like the Georgia law you cited is unconstitutional on its face.
Why? The Constitution says that electors will be appointed in such manner as the Legislature may direct. Back in the 18th or 19th century the Georgia legislature directed that the electors will be awarded based on the popular vote. Well within their authority to do so and entirely in keeping with the Constitution.
IF they do certify it...they’ll end up in prison.

I believe Trump already tweeted about this like an hour ago. But I also read that the GOP promise trumped 100 or so lawyers only to find out that they never did.. they backstab Trump. My thoughts on this are that it is a stalling tactic these court cases AND recounts are a dog and pony show to give them the time needed to put the evidence and witnesses together over the fraud of the voting machines once THAT is proven the election goes to the legislators!! Once the legislators have the proof of the fraud with the machines they have no choice but to send the Republican electors to DC!!!

Governor Kemp, like Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, are both Never-Trumpers, who allowd this mischief to go forward without much resistance. Do not expect any help from them, or even appeals to conscience to move them. The Never-Trumpers have this HUGE blind spot, nothing to do with what is right or wrong, but a visceral and palpable distaste for Donald J. Trump himself.
Which is as irrational as any example of prejudice to be found anywhere.
The GOP wants Trump gone...then its back to normal...we screw the working people and say we will do all these things if you just elected as to the Senate and House and a President...what did they do nothing..

Why the silence? Because Kemp and SOS Raffensberger got money from Dominion from agreeing to use their systems in 2019. Speculation is that they got big $ and/or guarantees that they “would win” any future races. Powers that be behind Dominion (whoever they are) are probably threatening Kemp and Raffensberger behind the scenes. These two are more afraid of the bad guys than the good guys. They have nothing to gain and everything to lose if the truth comes out.
Yep. The fix is in to get rid of Trump. Burn it down to rebuild later. This will be the next reconstruction on a national level. You can bet BLM is going to be federalized.

If Republicans in state governments stand by him in every way that he needs them to, he will carry the electoral college vote on December 14th.
