She was very good explaining. How do you have many ballots that were said to have been mailed and there were NO CREASES. I voted early and on the outside of my envelop someone had to sign. As she stated there were no signing.

Thinking back at what she said. Were the worn ballots coming from somewhere else? As perhaps they had already been put through a machine in another county many times?

tks...One box had tape on it with a state seal but lacked the two necessary signatures. One from the person boxing the ballots and the legal signature.

700-800 in batches...100-110. All of the ballots except one batch looked new. They lacked any crease and looked to be printed. They looked like a marking devise was used. We thought that was very strange. I've been working at elections for around 20 and I've never seen anything like this before.

They should have already been folded at lease once and they weren't... Someone could have opened this box because it wasn't really sealed.

Unless one county needed more marked ballots. So they sent ballots already put through machines and sent to another county to try and catch up??

Wood had affidavits from a few people who saw the same discrepancies with ballots and unsealed/unsecured boxes in his TRO. I know a FReeper who saw the same thing. All different counties.
