I think they should look very hard at New Hampshire.
The Republicans got rid of a Democratic controlled State House, Democratic controlled State Senate while Trump lost the state by ten percentage points.

Good Lord, please let’s get to the bottom of this in Virginia. We don’t want to have to move to West Virginia. Northern Virginia cannot be allowed to run this state and we need to boot Northram to the curb. This still beautiful state will be ruined in a matter of a few years if it stays dem.
I always vote by absentee ballot here in California. Receive my ballot in mail and I send it back. When I checked the SOS site on the 5th to find out where my ballot is they can’t find any record of me being registered to vote. Only been doing this for the last 40 to 50 years from the same address.

I believe Justice Thomas to be a fair and impartial judge. He is calm and deliberate. He is a true conservative.

Before moving out of state some years ago, we owned houses in both Arlington and Loudoun counties. I wonder if it is worth checking to see if I “voted” in either of those (Arlington was both in maiden and married names).
I concur. Live in Richmond area, which was rock solid red when I moved here 25 years ago. It’s heartbreaking to watch the steady decline. Virginia was already on the cliff, then Northeast, pushed us over the edge. Trouble is, the Virginia GOP seems disinterested in probing the fraud. I know- I worked as a poll worker, and haven’t been able yo get a straight answer from the party on sudden votes being switched in Fairfax & elsewhere
That will depend on what the SC decides. If they decide a hand recount would determine the true winner, they might do that, IF they are convinced that legal ballots can be separated from fraudulent ones.
If they decide that the election is irredeemably compromised, then they have a couple of options, 1) instruct the state legislatures to appoint the electors (unlikely), or b) allow the House and Senate to decide who the President and VP should be.

i sure think so. trump had a huge lead in va election night. the “news” called it early for biden, even so. again the late biden ballots came in...the pattern is unmistakable.

I didn’t vote. My wife died before we could fill out our ballots and send them in. I was going to sign hers but balked at the signature warning, so I tore them both up.
Can I go online to see if someone voted in our names? I haven’t emptied the trash, so I should still have the ballots
Was watching election night returns that showed all the big blue precincts in VA counted 100% and Trump still had a big lead...then out of nowhere Trump was losing by 100K.
