Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.

Yes, but likely in support of Biden’s claim to the presidency.
Milley said the same statement, almost or possibly word for word, before when he appeared to be supporting Esper’s unwillingness to dispatch military troops to halt riots.
This article you linked poses Biden as the legitimate winner and therefore Milley’s statement could be seen as defending the constitution by force out President Trump.

Milley seemed ambivalent before. A YOUTUBE channel named The Gunners Wife features some SOTU videos which appear to have been taken in the chamber prior to the arrival of President Trump. The audience appears to be oblivious to the camera so they didn’t know to keep fake faces on. Well Pelosi had her fake face on and kept worrying that a different camera might be on - all while she was on film.
The Gunners Wife does voice overs to provide what she considers the text of the comments made based on lip reading. She’s watched the videos before and has read lips to the best of her ability and then voices over in (sometimes) goofy impersonations what the person said. You can view the video closely and see if you agree with her lip reading.
It appears the audience for the SOTU before Trump arrived was essentially a shark pool of deep staters going around shaking hands and plotting against the president. The Gunners Wife plays the sound of rattlesnakes and applies some images to the video to make devious people look like they are speaking with a (cartoon) forked tongue.
Later those same sinister faces are all smiling big fake joyous smiles when the POTUS arrives - and if the lip reading is correct, it makes sense why the POTUS just threw the programs at Pelosi and Pence instead of handing them to them.
MIlley is featured in some of the first clips of the video - he goes around shaking hands with creeps and sellouts like he knows them (too) well. The Gunners Wife applied a cartoon pink hat to Mitt Romney and Milley is delighted to shake hands with him. It’s just that Milley was in there gleefully shaking hands with alot of people he should reject.

So, when I see the by Milley supporting the Constitution, I gotta wonder whose side he’s hinting he’s on. He may claim the constitution backs “President Biden”.
If only we had a decent MSM, I’d probably have a better idea what Milley actually meant.
