So we're talking 14,000 votes out of 4.1 million cast. By my ciphering, that is about 0.34%. Doesn't sound like you'd need "widespread" fraud to generate that.

Why do these slime balls insist on adding the "widespread" qualifier when discussing fraud by the 'Rats? There should be no fraud at all. Widespread or narrow-spread, it should not be tolerated. A little fraud is just as pernicious as a lot, especially in a close election. This is how confidence in the electoral process is gradually eroded. Someone thinks, gee, there's fraud out there, that will cancel my legal vote with an illegal one, why should I bother? Chipping away a little bit at a time may take awhile, but the 'Rats are nothing if not masters at playing the long game. It took them generations to overwhelm the educational system in this country, and look at the results. Mindless robots who spout the values of socialism and they don't even know what it is.

I’m not so sure. A hand count will show any votes moved by the software. Also remember in 2016 when the green party called for a recount in Michigan. They opened the secured boxes containing the ballots and only about 10% of what was recorded on the box was in it. They very quickly dropped calling for the recount.

The mail-in ballots are separated from the signature panel - they become part of an undifferentiated mass of ballots, there is no way you can trace back to whomever it was that cast it. So, in effect you are running about 5M pieces of paper thought a scanner, and will find similar results. The evidence of large scale fraud would be found extrinsic to the received ballots they are looking at. It is upstream of the tabulation process. You would need testimony from parties involved, records of activity that facilitated the fraud - documents, e-mail traffic, cell phone records. In short the usual stuff you find in a criminal prosecution of financial fraud, for example. If the kind of fraud that we expect happened is to be prosecuted, the chances of assembling that kind of evidence in time to effect the election is close to zero.

(1) Identify ballots with sole vote cast for Biden

(2) Identify the state representative (not Congress, state = small districts) for the precinct.

(3) Verify that the state representative candidates on the ballot match the state representatives that should be on ballots in the precinct.

(4) Disqualify as fraudulent any ballots where the state representative candidates and the precinct do not match.

(5) Trump/Pence is re-elected.

There are 90,000 such votes in Georgia. It is very likely that a significant number were sent to the wrong precinct by the fraudsters.

While some locations may have moved the ballots out of the precincts, many more will still have them at that location or will identify which precincts were the source for each batch of ballots.

How could this not be caught by the given precincts when they recorded the ballots?
