I’m not disagreeing with you, but how do you prove those single-race ballots are fraudulent and not just peculiar?
I think it would be a good idea to have the ink on those ballots analyzed by a forensic lab. It would show a series of ballots filled in by the same pen which would show one person was filling in numerous ballots. That should be enough to show they’re illegal.
