I think you are correct. The quantitative analysis in and of itself is not actual proof or evidence IMHO. This represents that there is a significant anomaly in the data set that should not be there. It is up to someone to investigate and ascertain why the anomaly occurred. We assume it is fraudulent and this is where the evidence and proof are gathered.
Agreed! If we can get a hand recount that requires that every ballot with ONLY Biden selected be set aside, I would be very happy. Most people go to the polls and vote by party line, even if they're low-information. All of this BS of Biden's numbers skyrocketing but down-ballot Dems getting creamed by Reps is highly suspicious.

If my math is right, the Rs are the majority in the states, so that might be where our best chance lies since they choose the presidential electors.

I’m retired IT myself and laz is right. If code was switching votes hand recount is the only way to be sure unless code is vetted and machines are airgapped and physically secured during recount.

Laz, you and I have known each other for a while. I’ve been in IT for 25 years with the last 7 devoted to IT compromise recovery. This isn’t about our experience, it’s about law. I agree, we shouldn’t be wasting energy arguing with each other.

Scientifically, there is no such thing as “proof”. Even scientific “laws” are challengeable. They are only considered “laws” due to the preponderance of evidence.

Unless the videos were (CLEARLY)showing Joe, the actual candidate, they were going to be ignored.
Rudy was wasting his breath trying to ‘shame’ the Dems because of this. He should know, collectively, they are not capable of actual shame or contrition. Not the Dem/Socialists of today.
In addition, the Dems who knew about Hunter’s dirty dealings did not care. They figured hatred for Trump was greater than repulsion of doped up, adulterous, foreign compromised sons.
