Yep. It’s almost like they had a list of all the laws, and deliberately set out to break each and every one. And then checked it twice to make sure they didn’t leave one out.

Yes, have to be kept 2 yrs or around there, little uncertainty in what I read/heard, but they have to be kept for a specific time and then shredded. Neither was done. Destruction of evidence, another crime.
