OK, I confess, I was watching Lou Dobbs on Fox.
Sidney Powell was on, and broke the news that the (CIA? That's a question) programs called Hammer and Scorecard were used to tabulate votes in Michigan illegally, and accounted for a shift of 5k votes in one county. Total number of counties using these programs was 47.
Sidney looked... Dead serious.

I almost never miss Lou. He’s one of the sane ones. I just wish every single person on Fox *wasn’t* hawking a book. But Lou is an unabashed Trump fan and has been wrongly labeled a conspiracy theorist because of it.
The General described “Hammer” and “Scorecard,” a pair of programs initially designed for the CIA before being privatized by Deep State players from the Obama administration. We explained how they work in an article last week, but the gist is this: “Hammer” or “THE HAMMER” is a counter-intelligence surveillance program used to spy on activities on protected networks (like voting machines) without detection while “Scorecard” is a vote-manipulation application that changes votes during transfer. It’s the least detectable form of election manipulation because it works during data transfer between voting stations and data storage hubs. Unless both sides are looking for irregularities, it’s impossible to catch. If nefarious forces had people on one side or the other (or both) during data transfer, it cannot be exposed.
Isn’t ‘hammer ‘the software developed by Obama/Biden election ‘fraud’ (prevention) organization/software Biden was bragging about?

I have been asking every since this was disclosed if it was the CIA program. Now we need to see if she can prove it.

Sounds about right. Intelligence HQ infested Fairfax county with CIA, National Reconnaissance Office, National Counterterrorism Center and Office of the Director of National Intelligence.... it went 68% for Biden.
Of course they assisted in the steal in support of regime change. They have done it around the world and now they’ve done it here.

Do they use paper ballots or voting machines?
Seems like they would need to gather up all the voting machines in one place and tabulate all the votes manually and/or without connecting to an outside network that’s on the internet.
Forget the "SOFTWARE GLITCH" switches votes we've been hearing about all day.. THIS IS WHAT SIDNEY IS TALKING ABOUT. SOMEONE WITH ACCESS TO THIS GOVERNMENT SYSTEM THAT HAS 'HAMMER' AND 'SCORECARD' WAS WILLFULLY SWITCHING VOTES FROM TRUMP TO BIDEN IN VARIOUS PRECINCTS IN MICHIGAN!!!!
