Significant percentages of mail-in ballots in battleground states were not delivered to election offices Nov. 3, according to US Postal Service data filed in federal court on Wednesday.
In Philadelphia, 33.7 percent of mail-in ballots were not delivered to election offices on Election Day, the data shows.

Good!!! most likely fraudulent anyway
People should have mailed them a lot early, if they were even legitimate.
You know that the court will order them to count all of these, because every vote must be counted, right? I have zero faith that any judge will do the right thing.

I’m calling misdirection on this one.
Yes, like my ultra right wing mom in North Carolina.
89 years old and ticked off.
They would allow her to do drive up voting but when she would get back to her care facility she had to go into quarantine for days.
Add ... my mom didnt get the ballot she had applied for
Too bad. Voting is hard sometimes. Its a high civic duty. If boys can go to war, citizens can go to vote.
They should have mail in jury duty.
You are right. But then it might go to SCOTUS.
“Project Veritas has reported that a UPS insider told them UPS has ordered late ballots to be dated before the election...”
Not UPS. It’s USPS: the Postal Service.
Separate them from standard letter mail so they can hand stamp them with YESTERDAY’S DATE & put them through”
Allegheny County, PA: My mom’s ballot was mailed Friday afternoon and they received it on Sunday.
Too damn bad. These people could have gotten off their asses and voted in person on election day. I am highly suspicious these ballots are legitimate in the first place.
Saw a guy napping in a Dyna-Cor(Tech?) van, tinted windows outside our local Post Office at Fields Landing(California). I took a picture just in case, no one around. Maybe just napping but why outside a closed post office?
Pennsylvania is a request a ballot state. They didn’t blindly send out ballots as far as we know. In Illinois, we were sent a paper application in the mail well in advance of voting day. I could send the form back in or request the ballot online using DL# or last 4 digits of SS. It looks like PA is the same. If people in Philly didn’t receive a notification in the mail, they may not have known how to get a ballot in a timely fashion. It seems to me most of the 34% would be last minute voters that found out how to vote. If a person goes to the trouble of requesting a ballot, it seems to me they would vote. Another explanation might be the mail in ballots were from republican areas of town and went missing.
WHY exactly is UPS handling ‘Mail In Ballots” which should be going through the US Postal Service ???
.
Yes, Pennsylvania did. If you requested an absentee for the primary in the spring, you were sent a ballot - not an application for one but a real ballot - for the general.
Thanks for the info. It looks to me about 2M people voted in the PA primary. So that means 4M+ would have to request a ballot for the general.

You are absolutely INCORRECT. I received 3 slightly different write in ballots almost 3 weeks before the elections. I voted in person in a room full of people who think they know me.
Where do you live that allows you to make such a distinction in this State?
I read that legitimate all write in ballots have a distinctive water mark made on paper of the company that actually printed them. Is this true??
If true, it may be very important in determining which write ins are fraudulent. (Of course by the time information like this gets disseminated, all ballots will have been burned and we won’t know anymore than what we think we know now.)
I am now a strong proponent of an actual voters ID card with that voter’s information and a signature line that cannot be
changed or duplicated. If someone copies or tries to alter it , the card blows up and icky black dye covers the assultant’s face.
What convenient percentages.
How in the hell can 33% of marked mail NOT be delivered?
