Pennsylvania is a request a ballot state. They didnt blindly send out ballots as far as we know.
You are absolutely INCORRECT. I received 3 slightly different write in ballots almost 3 weeks before the elections. I voted in person in a room full of people who think they know me.
Where do you live that allows you to make such a distinction in this State?
I read that legitimate all write in ballots have a distinctive water mark made on paper of the company that actually printed them. Is this true??
If true, it may be very important in determining which write ins are fraudulent. (Of course by the time information like this gets disseminated, all ballots will have been burned and we won’t know anymore than what we think we know now.)
I am now a strong proponent of an actual voters ID card with that voter’s information and a signature line that cannot be
changed or duplicated. If someone copies or tries to alter it , the card blows up and icky black dye covers the assultant’s face.

Somebody replied to me you got a ballot automatic sent to you if you voted in the primary. Otherwise on PA website, you have to request one.
