Project Veritas has reported that a UPS insider told them UPS has ordered late ballots to be dated before the election so they are counted. Since mail in ballots are mailed two or three weeks before the election, there is no reason there should be thousands of late ballots anyway.

Allegheny County, PA: My mom’s ballot was mailed Friday afternoon and they received it on Sunday.

Saw a guy napping in a Dyna-Cor(Tech?) van, tinted windows outside our local Post Office at Fields Landing(California). I took a picture just in case, no one around. Maybe just napping but why outside a closed post office?

Pennsylvania is a request a ballot state. They didn’t blindly send out ballots as far as we know. In Illinois, we were sent a paper application in the mail well in advance of voting day. I could send the form back in or request the ballot online using DL# or last 4 digits of SS. It looks like PA is the same. If people in Philly didn’t receive a notification in the mail, they may not have known how to get a ballot in a timely fashion. It seems to me most of the 34% would be last minute voters that found out how to vote. If a person goes to the trouble of requesting a ballot, it seems to me they would vote. Another explanation might be the mail in ballots were from republican areas of town and went missing.
