No— it is NOT possible. These are based EXIT polling— what people tell them... not results of precincts.

The purpose of course is just like John Kerry calling it at 5 PM on the election date— 2 hours before the East Coast polls close. To reduce turnout in the REST of the country that is still voting— like.. Texas or Colorado or Oklahoma. Fox NEWS needs to be called out on this— it is truly foolish— at best.

Just because they call it doesn’t mean it’s written in stone. But they usually are pretty much accurate based on history of selected precincts,
Trump needs to claim victory now and do so over and over with state after state, and all his surrogates need to claim victory now and do so over and over with state after state.

districts they came from and what areas are still out

FOX News map has “declared” the entire eastern seaboard for Biden despite less than 5% of votes having been counted in any of these States.
Exit polling is really flawed....if they have to eat this it will be an embarrassment

They ONLY call these based on exit polling! States don’t publish counts as they come in - hell, by law Texas doesn’t report results officially for a minimum of 15 days after election day!
These results will say whatever the media wants them to say..
