Maybe, judging by the Biden family, and the Clinton family, and the money lavished on deep state players like Comey, McCabe, Mueller, Vindman, etc., "kleptocracy" would be more descriptive of our current system.

As a programmer, this is a software programming glitch. Null Date values are converted to 1/1/1900. That means these voters that voted where eithet never registered to vote or never had their voter registration date recorded in the system.

not Y2K - a “null” value (meaning not present, they were not real people or non-registered voters)

In prior professional experience I created electronic voting systems; when used properly they are actually more reliable than pure paper and provide an audit trail, etc. ... HOWEVER ... in other circumstances, you now know the rest of the story.
