Once POTUS is re-elected, he can place the federal government on 72-hour furlough, in which time, all those that would be arrested, will be arrested from home, not the office, so the lines of communication will be short-circuited.

The treason happened on Usurpation Day, January 20, 2009 with all of our elected and appointed clapping like trained seals for a Kenyan from Indonesia.
Constitution says natural born citizen.
Obama is not one.
He did what any usurper would do and turned the entire government against the citizens.
