Well we all had the same original parents, from their choice we are subjects. Until God gave the solution. But there is the age of accountability I do believe.

Again, you bring in points not at issue. The issue is NOT the age of accountability and other crap-the issue is the status at birth.
Children are NOT born evil or good. They are born dependent and innocent.
Innocent of transgression of the Commandments and dependent on their mother.
Yet, by virtue of their birth, they are stained by “original” sin and are still outside the garden.
