Yes and if the down ballots don’t match the community (invalid ballot) or they have used some type of “marking system” for valid ballots it should be relatively easy to know which ones to discard. Finding and punishing the perps can be done in due time.

Funny I’ve lived on and off between Texas and California in my life. Texans say they prefer tornadoes, Californians prefer earthquakes. There is, sometimes, a little more warning for tornadoes, but i felt more prepared for earthquakes. Probably doesn’t make any sense.
Dad always explained the path to the SCOTUS as a tic tax toe games. In order to reach the court cases often must alternate between X & O. The negative ruling allows for an appeal which takes it to the next higher rung on the ladder. So do not be alarmed if on first cases or so we get what appears to be a negative ruling. We only have unofficial totals now. The states explicitly say current numbers are unofficial and won’t be official until the votes have been canvassed. It’s close enough that canvassing can change the winners in some states.
