I don’t know if this has been posted here, but this is a fascinating interview with Lt. Gen. Tom McInerney about the HAMMER/ SCORECARD cyber system. This was the day before the election. He had been trying to warn the Trump administration but couldn’t get their ear.
If what he is saying is true, SCORECARD took 3% away from Trump. Dominion looks to have taken another 3% and still wasn’t enough to overcome Trump. The mail in ballots were the fail-safes. They needed much more if them than anticipated and that is what may cook their gooses. Trump won this election in historic fashion. Recounts MUST be by hand to catch the fraud.
Recounts just send illegal ballots back to be counted. An Audit must be performed Then ballots and voter records are both investigated
Unless they were sloppy enough to use obvious fakes without all down ballots correct or there WAS a watermark and some ballots can be weeded out a recount just strengthens the fraud.
