I think the thread he wrote about the DHS and watermarked ballots did him in.
The DHS was charged with election security after the 2018 elections (which the Dems stole to get control of the House, but it did not get them control of the Senate).
The paper that States use to print ballots had to be approved by DHS. This paper is marked. Fake ballots would not have the watermark.
That is what Brian Cates was talking about.
This is the basis in how the fraud is going to be exposed.

I read LS’s thread. First of all, it sounds like Trump is planning on losing PA, so he is getting prepared.
Second, he doesn’t mention the ballot irregularities posted above, specifically the watermark. It seem like that is the easiest thing to prove. Either there is a secure watermark or there isn’t. Those without are disqualified, or at least try to verify if they are legit or not. Why put a watermark on the ballots if you are not going to use it verify or disqualify the ballot?
