Seeking to stop the political bleeding, Joseph R. Biden struck out on the campaign trail Saturday in Pennsylvania, pushing back against President Trumps charge that he wants to bring the hammer down on the oil and gas industry in the state by banning fracking.
Look let me be clear, Mr. Biden said at a rally in Bucks County I am not banning fracking in Pennsylvania or anywhere else.
Mr. Bidens stance on the oil and gas industry is getting extra attention in the wake of the final presidential debate. Mr. Trump said Mr. Biden had delivered a mixed message on fracking over the course of the 2020 race, suggesting he was trying to hide his true position from voters.
During the exchanges, Mr. Trump pounced on Mr. Biden after the Democrat said he would transition the nation away from fossil fuels and toward a clean energy economy. Mr. Trump said Mr. Biden has been against fracking.
I have never said I oppose fracking, Mr. Biden said.
Mr. Trump countered, You said it on tape.
Indeed, independent fact checkers say Mr. Biden falsely claimed he never said he opposed fracking, pointing out to past comments in which he said he would make sure it is eliminated and that he opposed new fracking.

I hope Trump is going wall to wall with the recordings of slo jo saying he will ban fracking.

Good to see Joe dont know his urbanized Confucius. Hes in a hole and just keeps on digging.
BiteMe lost it in PA yesterday with his chumps for Trump comment.
Sleepy Joe gets the Fibber McGee award...
Are we now Deplorable Chumps?
I think it was Saul Alinsky who invented “the dog whistle.” That was a way of signaling that whatever their chosen candidate said, he meant he was backing the communist side of the equation. What Saul did was run or threaten to run an opposition candidate in areas where he had five or six hundred votes and the winning margin was that or less. Thus, the Democrat would take on Saul’s policies to get those five or six hundred votes and that candidate would signal his acceptance by using the dog whistle, a sort of code telling the communist voters that he had accepted their policy positions despite whatever he had to say in order to win the votes that could not hear the dog whistle. If the dog whistle still worked then Joe could promise not to do away with fracking and the elite communist voters would understand he meant he would do away with fracking. But the communist voters no longer all know each other. They don’t all attend the same Bund meetings (or, whatever they’re called). So, the communists no longer know the dog whistle phrases.
The dog whistle don’t work no more, Democrats.
Was he lying before or is he lying now about fracking?
I knew that when Biden won the nomination he would assume that, with the media’s help, no lie would be too big to not get away with telling.....he’s that dumb and that arrogant....he told several whoppers at the debate, because his campaign is in desperation mode..... A lesser idiot would handle the desperation differently
“””Are we now Deplorable Chumps?”””””””””
I am an uneducated deplorable chump. Cool.
BiteMe is not having a good weekend.
Cmon, man...you’re an uneducated deplorable dog-faced pony soldier chump.
He's not lying. He just doesn't remember
He was against it before he was for it.
“...pushing back against President Trumps charge that he wants to bring the hammer down on the oil and gas industry in the state by banning fracking.”
Trump did not make that “charge” against Biden; he merely quoted Biden’s statement of intent about fracking. And as per Biden’s challenge, he ran tapes of Biden making the pledge to ban fracking.
“You may engage in hydraulic fracturing, but you may not keep the oil you extract. You must put it back in the ground. Catch and release. It’s fun, really.”
OMG, that would be worse than having Nancy as speaker ...
I don’t think Joe really wants to come out and plaay yay.
