Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

Fire danger. Ultra dry November here, usually very rainy, so fuels are dry, and now high winds expected with very low RH. Fires start from downed lines/poles a lot on the west coast. Why don’t they bury the lines...
The power company is bad and no updates since Oct.23. Just waiting to see what happens.

Shutting down parts of the grid for fire danger - is that a relatively new thing, or has it been common practice out west for a while? Never saw it practiced in the east, at least now where I’ve lived. But then again, we don’t have the ultra-dry tinderbox conditions usually.
Virtually all major transmission lines and most distribution lines are not buried. It costs roughly 10 times the amount to bury lines, especially the higher voltage lines. And repairs, while less frequent, are very time consuming and expensive.

Thanks for the info about burying lines. They’ve done the shutting off power for fire danger for some years. When the RH is very low, no rain for months, and then high winds, they shut it down in places with those conditions. First time in OR though. Usually fall rain starts mid-Sept to mid-Oct, but only a tiny but so far, very late. In areas with loads of dry fuels, it actually does make sense, but it would make a lot more sense to maintain the National and state forests better but enviros don’t want that. They know how to maintain forestland to minimize fire spread. They just don’t do it.
The state maggot governor in OR just increased the CCP virus restrictions. We’re all supposed to hide in the closet with masks on, with the curtains closed. Probably Halloween is cancelled.

I guess it’s a location kind of thing. Other than a few years ago (the year that Gatlinburg burned), we haven’t had the extremely dry conditions to warrant shutting off power. Maybe in small localized areas, but I’m on the transmission side so that wouldn’t be something that I’d be privy to (unless it were my house being shut off).
