Young voters have been indoctrinated for years with leftist ideology. It takes parents and grandparents and aunts and uncles to set them straight.
In fact ALL ads are specific to both a target audience and message.
Depending on where you live you see those ads. So I would not assume since you haven't seen it doesn't mean either it doesn't exist OR it may not be important enough of a message they need to put out to get the people in that area out to vote.
Ads cost a lot and they need to be as precise as possible and sent exactly to do where and to whom that they need for specific results.

The real question is why is this Trumps responsibility! You have a phone. Make a movie with Black Trump supporters and upload it to Youtube. Then film yourself explaining the evils of Socialism and upload it to Youtube!
