Luckily we have Joe Manchin on our side. It's funny but city elites make fun of West Virginians but in West Virginia they know abortion is killing a baby. There are no gray areas. Killin' is killin'. MAGA Republicans rarely win elections. That’s because the GOP is a globalist/corporatist party, and Donald Trump is one of the very few people who could ever run as a Republican and get lathe numbers of DEMOCRATS to vote for him.

Look at 2016 in Pennsylvania as a perfect example of this. Trump won in a heavily Democratic state by getting votes from a lot of people who wouldn’t vote for Pat Toomey in a thousand years.

Manchin won’t vote for Barrett unless his vote won’t matter.

We lost at least two GOP House members in 2016 because they refused to support Trump. It's what happens. Your base stays home or doesn't vote for you as a protest.

I don’t like her either, but she is a lot better than a dem. There is no way that she didn’t poll this decision.

She knows the republicans have the votes, and if it helps her reelection chances to vote no, then she should vote no.
Whether we like it or not, we need her to win to keep the Senate. Trump should sit this one out.

I don’t understand it. Collins did well on Kavanaugh. Quick confirmation of ACB would benefit America greatly, & go a long way toward restoring law and order. Benefiting America would also benefit Collins.

Maybe she’s tired of being in politics? Because it certainly looks like she’s committing political suicide.
