I joined during the 2000 election endless recount circus. And it looks like we’re in for another chaotic mess of an election this year.
Let’s see how many 20+ FR veterans I can get to respond!
The blue dress was ‘98. That’s the year I joined. The affair took place from ‘95-‘97, but was exposed in ‘98.
Those of us that joined in the Clinton era are still around. The test is harder now — I might give a wrong answer. Back then we just wanted to be Americans without Willie.

I registered 22 years ago. I lurked for a while first so I’ve been on here way longer than the 22 years. I have to say I miss some of the old ways and people.

I hit my 20-year mark in June of this year! It’s been a great (but sometimes bumpy) ride.

I was in college in 2000 and completely absorbed in the Bush/Gore 2000 election. The month after the election was a huge time on this site.
In the months and years since, I’ve been less involved as far as posting. Browsing is still a daily occurrence.
Here’s to another 20 years for you, me and this site!

Congratulations!! I’d like to think I’ll live another 20 years, but there isn’t that kind of longevity in my family. I’m the last one left. And I highly doubt either of my sons would bother to let anyone here know that I kicked the bucket.
